Jane has a wealth of experience with improving learning through effective teaching in primary science, with 29 years teaching and school improvement experience. She still teaches part time at a rural primary school, as well as being a Specialist Leader in Education and Senior facilitator for STEM Learning.

Jane began her relationship with Edina Trust as a recipient of the School Grant Scheme for her primary school in 2015 and then became one of our local science consultants for Lincolnshire before becoming a Trustee in 2018.
