Rachel is Head Teacher of a primary school in North Scotland.

 

Rachel was awarded the national STEM Enthuse award and awarded the Primary Science Teaching Trust Fellowship award in 2017 after her work to develop science and lead Science CPD in her authority. As a PSTT Fellow, she regularly meets with other PSTT Fellow colleagues from across Scotland to share and develop science learning and teaching.

 

Rachel started her relationship with the Edina Trust through the SSERC primary cluster programme in 2015 and joined the Trust as a Trustee in 2023 and continues to promote science and STEM in her school and for her local authority.
